FCC PART 15 SUBPART B
This machine was independently tested for electromagnetic compliance by Shenzhen LST Technology Co., Ltd. — an accredited test laboratory — under FCC Part 15 Subpart B and ANSI C63.4:2014 standards.

FCC Part 15 Subpart B covers electromagnetic emission limits for unintentional radiators. This is the correct compliance pathway for hydrogen generation equipment.
"The quality is obvious the moment you take it out of the box. This is not a gadget. It feels like the thing it says it is."
The PEM electrolysis stack at the heart of every machine we sell is rated to up to 10,000 hours of continuous operation — the same engineering tier used in industrial hydrogen equipment. That's not marketing. It's what the cell is built and tested to do.
13.6 years of daily 2-hour sessions before the cell hits its rated end-of-life.
Built in facilities certified to ISO 13485, the quality-management standard used by regulated manufacturers. The certification covers how the factory is run — it is not a medical-device registration of our products.
CE electrical/EMC, FCC Part 15 Subpart B (US radio-frequency) and RoHS restricted-substances compliance — published, not implied.
What the average wellness gadget is engineered to last. The gap is the point.
The maths: a 10,000-hour cell run 2 hours a day = 13.6 years. Run 1 hour a day = 27 years. The cost per session sits in the cents, not the dollars — and the chassis is built around a stack that outlives most home appliances. That's the difference between an industrial-grade machine and a cheaper unit that carries no published certification marks.
Hydrogen Machines products are general wellness devices. They are not medical devices and are not registered, approved or cleared as such by the TGA, FDA or any other regulator. References to industrial-grade engineering, ISO 13485 manufacturing and 10,000-hour stack life describe how the hardware is built — they are not medical, therapeutic or disease-treatment claims.

Rear casters and a recessed carry handle let one person reposition it.
Electrolysis splits water into hydrogen and oxygen at the natural 2:1 ratio (2H₂O → 2H₂ + O₂). The PEM membrane keeps the two streams separated — you decide whether to breathe pure hydrogen, the combined hydrogen–oxygen flow, or split the machine between two users.
Connect the cannula to the H₂ outlet. You breathe pure h₂ flow (h₂-only mode): 800 ml/min. The oxygen stream vents separately.
Hardware: single nasal cannula (included).
Join both outlets with the Y connector and breathe the full combined hydrogen–oxygen flow at the natural 2:1 water-electrolysis ratio.
Hardware: Y connector (included with this model).
Run two people from one machine using the dual cannula accessory — each user takes a share of the flow.
Hardware: dual nasal cannula (sold separately).
For the reasoning behind Mode 1 vs Mode 2, see our guide: Hydrogen alone vs. combined H₂/O₂ — why delivery mode differs.
HERO Inhaler systems generate hydrogen and oxygen as fully separated streams through SPE/PEM membrane electrolysis — hydrogen and oxygen are never produced as a mixed or combustible gas. At the point of use, you choose pure H₂-only or a combined H₂+O₂ stream. The flow rate shown for each model is the maximum combined output; pure H₂-only delivery is a defined portion of that figure.
Why we don’t sell mixed-gas (oxyhydrogen) inhalation machines
Certification and engineering statements describe the hardware and its manufacturing, not medical or therapeutic status. These are general wellness devices.
HERO Inhaler systems ship with a nasal cannula as standard; a facemask can also be used if preferred. Because delivery interface affects safe flow-rate calibration, our published per-person flow rates are calibrated for cannula delivery — the configuration most users actually use — targeting an average Fraction of Inspired Hydrogen (FiH2) of approximately 2%, consistent with nasal cannula guidance in the peer-reviewed physiological modeling of hydrogen inhalation (LeBaron et al., 2026). This target is set with deliberate margin below the 4% flammability threshold, accounting for the natural variation between average and instantaneous concentration that occurs with cannula delivery.
Every HERO Inhaler model — including our higher-capacity dual-user systems — delivers this same calibrated per-person flow, whether used by one person or two simultaneously. A higher total model number reflects capacity for more simultaneous users, not a higher dose to a single person.
Combined H2+O2 mode is also available on PEM/SPE systems like HERO Inhaler — a genuine advantage over alkaline (Brown's Gas) electrolysis, which is not appropriate for human inhalation at all due to contamination risk from its open liquid electrolyte. Because a stoichiometric H2+O2 mixture is more reactive than H2 diluted in ambient air, combined mode is delivered at a correspondingly lower, more conservative flow rate than pure H2 mode — engineered specifically for that mode's different safety profile, not a limitation.
| Model | Pure H2 flow (per person) | User capacity | Delivery |
|---|---|---|---|
| HERO Inhaler 900 | 600 ml/min | Single-user | Nasal cannula (facemask optional) |

7-stage steam and water separation keeps the hydrogen stream dry, protects the PEM/SPE membrane from moisture damage, and maintains consistent output during long sessions. Designed for back-to-back use in professional environments. No spray. No return water. No maintenance surprises.
Clinical-grade hydrogen inhalation systems engineered for purity, reliability, and daily workflow consistency.
"Clinical-grade" and "professional" describe hardware build, purity verification and duty-cycle engineering only. These are general wellness devices — not medical devices, and not registered, cleared or approved by the TGA, FDA or any other regulator. No disease, diagnostic or treatment claims are made.
Fill with RO-pure or distilled water, purge briefly, then run back-to-back client sessions at a fixed flow setting. Cannulas are single-client consumables; wipe down the housing between sessions.
Keep a dedicated RO or distilled water supply on site. Refill from a labelled container only, never from mains or filtered tap water, and drain the reservoir before extended shutdowns.
Water quality is the single biggest driver of PEM stack life. Feeding anything other than RO-pure or distilled water introduces minerals that scale the membrane, reduce output stability and void warranty cover.

Certification and lab-test claims describe hardware output and manufacturing quality, not medical or therapeutic status. Hydrogen Machines devices are general wellness products.
Most hydrogen inhalation machines look similar on the outside. The differences are inside the cell: membrane chemistry, electrode materials, and whether the gas stream is actually separated.
Our inhalers deliver hydrogen gas separated from oxygen at the membrane. Many competing units output a mixed H₂+O₂ stream and market it as hydrogen.
A solid polymer electrolyte membrane separates the anode and cathode chambers. No alkaline electrolyte means no caustic residue and no chlorine risk from tap water.
Titanium-platinum electrodes, ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 manufacturing processes, and pressure-rated housings built for daily use — not disposable consumer plastics.
The PEM/SPE stack is rated for 10,000 hours of operation. At typical daily use, that is roughly a decade before a stack replacement is considered.
Engineering and service-life claims describe hardware design and manufacturing — not medical or therapeutic status. Hydrogen Machines devices are general wellness products.
A clean, three-stage hydrogen generation process engineered for purity, safety, and consistent high-output performance.
Water is split at a proton-exchange membrane. Hydrogen ions migrate across the solid polymer electrolyte while oxygen is vented separately — no mixed gas stream, no alkaline residue.
The separated hydrogen stream passes through multi-stage conditioning that keeps purity at 99.991%+, while sensors and control circuits prevent ozone, chlorine, or other byproducts from reaching the output.
Reinforced output channels and industrial-grade pumps deliver a stable, high-flow hydrogen stream suitable for daily inhalation sessions — far above the output of consumer-grade machines.
Process and safety descriptions explain hardware engineering — not medical or therapeutic effects. Hydrogen Machines devices are general wellness products.
Our PEM/SPE membrane electrolysis produces independently lab-verified 99.991% pure hydrogen from purified water — a clean, physically separated gas stream with no additives and nothing left behind to degrade.
Hydrogen water is not always made this way. Some products generate hydrogen through a dissolving tablet, typically a magnesium-and-acid reaction activated directly in your glass. It’s a fundamentally different process, and it comes with a trade-off worth knowing about:
As the reactive tablet material breaks down in water, it can introduce trace contaminants — including heavy metals — into what you’re about to drink.
This isn’t speculation; it’s a category-wide characteristic acknowledged within the hydrogen tablet industry itself. When a reactive material dissolves to create hydrogen, something must remain behind — by design.
Because hydrogen and oxygen are separated through a physical membrane rather than generated by a dissolving reactive tablet, there is:
When purity is independently verified rather than assumed, you know exactly what’s in your glass.

"The machine arrived in France without a single issue. Setup took ten minutes. I've used it every evening since."
Certification and engineering claims describe hardware and manufacturing quality, not medical or therapeutic status.
The HERO Inhaler / HERO Inhaler Pro PEM stack separates hydrogen and oxygen at the membrane. Breathe hydrogen alone from the H₂ outlet, join both outlets with the included Y connector for the combined 2:1 hydrogen-oxygen flow, or split the machine between two users with the dual cannula. See the instructional video in the How-To-Use section on the product page for step-by-step setup of each mode.
No. Every machine we sell is a general wellness device. It is not registered, cleared or approved as a medical device by the TGA, FDA or any other regulator. No disease, diagnostic or treatment claims are made.
PEM (Proton Exchange Membrane) electrolysis splits distilled water into hydrogen and oxygen at the natural 2:1 ratio. The membrane keeps the two streams separated so hydrogen can be delivered on its own or combined with oxygen.
Distilled or deionised water only (resistivity greater than 2 MΩ·cm). Tap or filtered mains water damages the electrolysis cell over time and voids the warranty.
The PEM stack is rated to 10,000 hours of continuous operation — roughly 10+ years at 45 minutes a day. Backed by a 24-month manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
Free tracked worldwide delivery, 10 business days typical transit. Duties and taxes are prepaid on arrival (DDP) into supported countries; otherwise collected by the carrier.
90-day money-back guarantee from the day your machine arrives. Return by mail; return shipping fees are the buyer's responsibility unless the unit is faulty on arrival.
All HERO inhalation systems are built for continuous operation, but flow rate determines how many clients you can turn around. HERO Inhaler 900 and 1200 suit single-room practices, 1500 and 2000 suit busier rooms or two users on a dual cannula, and HERO Inhaler Pro 3000 is the choice where two to three concurrent users or all-day back-to-back sessions are the norm.
PEM electrolysis stacks are fed water directly. RO-pure or distilled water (resistivity greater than 2 MΩ·cm) contains no dissolved minerals, so nothing is left behind on the membrane. Tap or filtered mains water deposits scale that reduces output stability, shortens stack life and voids warranty cover — which is why professional rooms keep a dedicated RO supply on site.
The 7-stage separation train removes entrained moisture and electrolyte carry-over from the gas stream after the membrane, so hydrogen leaves the machine dry. Dry gas means no liquid is drawn back through the delivery path, the internal water loop stays clean, and the membrane is not exposed to contaminants recirculating through the system during long duty cycles.
HERO Inhaler 900 and 1200 suit single-room practices, HERO Inhaler 1500 and 1800 suit busier rooms or two users on a dual cannula, and HERO Inhaler Pro 3000 is specified where two to three concurrent users or all-day back-to-back sessions are normal. Purity and PEM technology are identical across the range — flow rate is what changes.
Practitioner rooms keep a dedicated RO or distilled water supply on site, with resistivity greater than 2 MΩ·cm, so nothing is deposited on the PEM membrane. The HERO Purity 200-110 RO system removes the distilled-water routine, and on the gas side every system is independently verified at 99.991% certified hydrogen purity.
Inhalation and bath run as separate machines used in sequence, not one unit switching modes. A common professional pattern is a 20–40 minute hydrogen bath session followed by an inhalation session in the same appointment slot, so neither system becomes a bottleneck during turnaround and both draw on the same RO-pure water standard.
PEM/SPE electrolysis stacks are fed water directly, so whatever is dissolved in that water ends up at the membrane. RO-pure or distilled water (resistivity greater than 2 MΩ·cm) carries no minerals to deposit, which is what keeps output stable across back-to-back client sessions. Mains or filtered tap water leaves scale on the membrane, reduces output stability and voids warranty cover.
Dissolved minerals and ions foul the catalyst-coated membrane surface, progressively blocking active area. The practical result is contamination-driven output drift: the same flow setting delivers less hydrogen over time, cell voltage rises, and the stack runs hotter. Feeding only RO-pure water avoids that mechanism entirely and is the single largest factor in system lifespan.
On the feedwater side: RO-pure or distilled water above 2 MΩ·cm resistivity, refilled from a labelled container, with the reservoir drained before extended shutdowns. On the gas side: every system is independently verified at 99.991% certified hydrogen purity, with 7-stage separation delivering dry hydrogen so no moisture or electrolyte carry-over returns through the delivery path.
Unlike most hydrogen device makers who self-report a purity number, every HERO unit's output is verified by an independent third-party laboratory (QTT Report LH2025050017/18). This is a checkable, named report — not just an internal claim.

The HERO Inhaler 1200 is built around a twin PEM stack instead of a single stack. That means more total flow (1,200 vs 900 ml/min), more pure H₂ (800 vs 600 ml/min), and noticeably quieter operation (≤ 40 dB vs ≤ 45 dB). Choose the HERO Inhaler 1200 if you plan to run hydrogen every day, share sessions with a partner, or want the machine in a bedroom.
The HERO Inhaler 2000 offers higher output (1,800 ml/min total, 1,200 ml/min pure H₂) and a higher-flow SPE/PEM cell in the same 16 kg chassis. Step up to the HERO Inhaler 2000 if you want longer sessions at a higher flow or expect heavy daily use across more than two people. For a single daily user or a couple, the HERO Inhaler 1200 is usually the right balance of output, noise and price.
Yes — at ≤ 40 dB at 1 m it is the quietest machine in the range, by design. The 16 kg chassis, larger ventilation panels and twin-stack architecture all contribute to lower noise. Most users run it on a bedside table or low shelf during evening sessions.
Yes. The included Y connector splits flow across two cannulas so a couple can run a session together. Each user receives a share of the 1,200 ml/min total flow.
For a single daily home user, 600–1,200 ml/min total flow is the typical range. The HERO Inhaler 1200 sits at the top of that band, which leaves headroom for longer sessions and shared use without stepping up to a studio-class machine.
24-month manufacturer warranty plus lifetime parts and service support. Free worldwide tracked delivery, typically 10 business days by express courier. Duties and taxes are prepaid (DDP) where the destination permits — otherwise collected by the carrier on arrival.
