Terms of Sale
Last updated 25 August 2026
These terms apply to every purchase made through hydrogenmachines.com.au, operated by YBG Group International Pty Ltd (ABN 22 636 934 999).
1. Products
Hydrogen Machines sells general wellness devices. The products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, cure, treat or prevent any disease.
2. Price, currency and payment
Prices are displayed in USD, AUD, EUR or GBP using indicative FX rates. The final charge is processed in the cart currency by our payment provider. All prices include free worldwide shipping. Customs duties and local taxes are prepaid (DDP) where the destination country permits; otherwise they are collected by the carrier on arrival — see the Shipping Policy for the country list.
3. Shipping & risk
Title and risk pass to you on delivery. See the Shipping Policy for delivery timelines and processes.
4. Incoterms policy (DDP / DAP)
International orders ship under Incoterms® 2020. The applicable term depends on the destination country, because many countries do not offer DDP services and only permit DAP.
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) is available for: United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, United Arab Emirates, Hong Kong, South Korea, Thailand. For these destinations we act as Importer of Record and prepay customs duties and import taxes before dispatch; nothing further is payable on arrival.
DAP (Delivered At Place) applies to every other destination, including the 27 European Union member states, the United Kingdom, Japan, China, India, Indonesia, Brazil, Mexico, Turkey and South Africa. Under DAP the customer is the Importer of Record and must clear the goods through customs and pay all import duties, taxes and clearance charges. Goods held or refused by customs remain the customer's responsibility, and duties paid are not refundable by us.
Where DDP is offered, the Incoterm you select at checkout is recorded against your order and passed to the carrier. Where DDP is not available for your destination, DAP is applied automatically and cannot be waived.
Customs classification. All systems are declared under HS Code 8543.3000.90 — Electrical machines and apparatus having individual functions, not specified or included elsewhere. The classification is provided in good faith; the destination customs authority makes the final determination and may apply a different duty rate.
Full country lists are maintained on the Shipping Policy page.
5. Cancellation, DDP freight and import charges
Orders may be cancelled in full, without charge, within 24 hours of order placement by emailing admin@hydrogenmachines.com.au and quoting the order number. After 24 hours the order enters dispatch preparation and the clauses below apply. Cancellation is separate from the 90-day change-of-mind return window, which runs from the delivery date.
Shipments are sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) where available. Freight, customs clearance and import charges are arranged and paid by the seller or its logistics provider before delivery, and are committed at the point dispatch preparation begins.
Import GST is assessed on entry to the destination country and is paid by the logistics provider under DDP. It is generally not creditable to the recipient and is not refundable once the shipment has been entered for import.
Once dispatch preparation has begun the order can no longer be cancelled, because freight, customs clearance and import charges are committed at that point. This is separate from the 90-day change-of-mind return window, which still applies from the delivery date: on a change-of-mind return the product price is refunded, less any DDP freight and import charges already committed on the shipment, and return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for accessories and consumables once dispatched. Rights in respect of goods that are damaged, defective, incorrect or that fail applicable consumer guarantees are unaffected.
All Australian prices are shown in AUD and include GST 10% where applicable. Import GST is paid by the logistics provider on entry and is generally not creditable to the recipient. If you hold an ABN and intend to claim an input tax credit, obtain your own import documentation and confirm treatment with your tax adviser before lodging.
6. Warranty
Every machine ships with a 24-month manufacturer warranty as detailed in our Warranty page.
7. Returns
90-day returns from the day your machine arrives — see the Returns & Refunds policy.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Australian Consumer Law rights are not excluded.
9. Commercial and practitioner purchasers
Commercial purchasers acquiring Hydrogen Machines products for use in a professional, clinic, or wellness environment acknowledge that these products are general wellness devices. Commercial purchasers are solely responsible for ensuring all client-facing marketing, claims, and communications comply with applicable therapeutic goods, advertising, and consumer protection law in their jurisdiction. YBG Group International Pty Ltd makes no representation that these devices are approved, registered, or cleared for therapeutic, medical, or clinical use in any jurisdiction.
