Certifications
HERO Irrigation is CE marked and EMC compliant to Directive 2014/30/EU. Certification statements describe the hardware build and manufacturing process; they are not a medical registration or a therapeutic approval.
Certificates covering the current production revision are issued on request for specification, tender and import documentation.
Testing Reports
Dissolved hydrogen output is sensor-verified at 3,000–5,000 ppb at 20 L/min. The same units measured by methylene-blue titration read 2,000–4,000 ppb; both methods are listed in the technical data sheet so results can be reproduced with either instrument.
Electrical, insulation and ingress-protection (IP54, Class I) testing is performed as part of production release.
Compliance
Equipment is supplied as general wellness and agricultural water-treatment hardware. No medical, therapeutic, yield or plant-health claims are made.
Input power is 800 W at 100–240 V ±15%, 50–60 Hz, so units ship compliant to local supply across our delivery markets. Recommended flow capacity is up to 6,000 L/day per unit.
Safety
Hydrogen is dissolved directly into the water line as nano-bubbles; there is no stored gas volume. Feed water must be potable, RO or distilled at TDS ≤ 50 ppm and 5–40 °C.
Descaling maintenance is required every 3–6 months depending on water hardness. There are no user-serviceable parts inside the chassis.
