How import duties, taxes and customs clearance work on your order — and why the terms differ by country. Full country matrix on the Shipping Policy page.
Delivered Duty Paid means the seller pays all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance. Only available in selected countries.
Delivered At Place means the seller delivers the goods to your country, but you must clear customs and pay import duties.
Many countries legally require a locally registered business to act as the Importer of Record. If the seller does not have a local entity, DDP is not permitted.
United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, United Arab Emirates, Hong Kong, South Korea, Thailand.

Yes — DAP provides full tracking throughout the entire journey. DDP may only provide tracking after customs clearance in some countries.
