Questions and answers
Hydrogen bathing is soaking in water that has molecular hydrogen (H₂) dissolved into it. A generator draws water from the bath, passes it across an electrolysis cell that infuses hydrogen, and returns it — so the concentration is maintained for the whole soak. It is whole-body, passive exposure, in contrast to inhalation, which is delivered through a nasal cannula.
Tablets are a chemical reaction: they release a burst of gas that peaks quickly and then dissipates, and they add their reaction by-products to the water. A PEM/SPE bath generator produces hydrogen electrolytically from the water itself and keeps circulating, so concentration is sustained rather than momentary. The trade-off is upfront hardware cost versus an ongoing consumable.

No plumbing work and no renovation. The unit sits beside the bath, the intake and return lines go into the water, and it runs from a normal power outlet. You need a level surface within reach of the bath, clearance around the housing for airflow, and an outlet positioned to bathroom electrical requirements for your region.
It runs on your normal bathwater. Routine care is flushing the lines after use, keeping the intake filter clear, and periodic descaling if you are in a hard-water area — all covered step by step in the manual. There is no electrolyte to mix and no consumable tablet to reorder.
Owners commonly run 20 to 40 minutes, a few times a week, treating it as a wind-down ritual. There is no protocol we prescribe and no claimed benefit to longer soaks; comfort and normal bathing sense should set the limit.
