Every machine sold by Hydrogen Machines is covered by a 24-month international manufacturer warranty. This page explains what is and is not covered, and how to make a claim.
1. What is covered
The 24-month warranty covers manufacturing defects in:
- The PEM/SPE electrolysis stack;
- Electronic control board and display;
- Internal pumps and valves;
- Power supply.
The warranty applies for 24 months from the date your machine is delivered.
2. What is not covered
- Consumables — nasal cannulas, masks, filters, water bottles;
- Damage from tap or mineralised water (use distilled / deionised water only);
- Cosmetic damage from drops, knocks, or transit handling after delivery;
- Damage from unauthorised servicing or modification;
- Loss or theft.
3. How to claim
Email admin@hydrogenmachines.com.au with your order number, a description of the fault and (where useful) photos or a short video. We respond within one business day. If repair is needed and the unit is in warranty, we will arrange inbound shipping at our cost.
