Warranty

Every machine sold by Hydrogen Machines is covered by a 24-month international manufacturer warranty. This page explains what is and is not covered, and how to make a claim.

1. What is covered

The 24-month warranty covers manufacturing defects in:

  • The PEM/SPE electrolysis stack;
  • Electronic control board and display;
  • Internal pumps and valves;
  • Power supply.

The warranty applies for 24 months from the date your machine is delivered.

2. What is not covered

  • Consumables — nasal cannulas, masks, filters, water bottles;
  • Damage from tap or mineralised water (use distilled / deionised water only);
  • Cosmetic damage from drops, knocks, or transit handling after delivery;
  • Damage from unauthorised servicing or modification;
  • Loss or theft.

3. How to claim

Email admin@hydrogenmachines.com.au with your order number, a description of the fault and (where useful) photos or a short video. We respond within one business day. If repair is needed and the unit is in warranty, we will arrange inbound shipping at our cost.

This category has a real trust problem — overstated claims, high-pressure sales, machines with no independent verification behind them. We're not adding to that. We build hydrogen systems using transparent construction and natural materials, and every unit is independently lab-tested for gas purity and composition. Whether hydrogen inhalation is right for you is a decision to make with your own research and your own doctor — not something we're going to try to convince you of.
