Hydrogen inhalation vs hydrogen water

Both formats deliver the same molecule and both are produced by electrolysis. The practical difference is how the dose is bounded: a flow rate over a session versus a dissolved concentration in a fixed volume of water.
Delivery route and dose variables
Inhalation is described by a flow rate in milliliters per minute over a session length. Hydrogen water is described by dissolved concentration, usually in parts per million, in a given volume.
Because hydrogen is the smallest molecule, dissolved hydrogen escapes from an open glass over time, so hydrogen water is generally consumed promptly after generation.
Hardware and water quality
Inhalation units run on distilled or purified reservoir water and route gas through tubing and a cannula. Hydrogen water systems generate into a bottle, pitcher or plumbed unit and are sensitive to the mineral content of the source water.
Where source water is high in dissolved solids, an RO or filtration stage is commonly used upstream.
Routine fit
Inhalation suits a seated session; hydrogen water suits an anytime drink. Many households run both because the two formats occupy different moments in a day.
