Hydrogen Machines provides free worldwide shipping on every hydrogen bath machine and hydrogen inhalation machine we sell. Where your destination country permits, we prepay customs duties and local taxes before dispatch so the price at checkout is the price you pay.
1. Overview
All hydrogen bath machines and hydrogen inhalation machines ship free of charge to every country we serve. There is no minimum order value for free machine shipping.
In countries that support Delivered Duties Paid (DDP), we prepay customs duties and local taxes before the unit leaves our warehouse. In countries where DDP is not available, the carrier collects applicable duties and taxes on arrival; we email you when the shipment clears, before any payment is requested.
Accessory-only orders ship free when the cart value is US$79 or more. Accessory-only orders under US$79 add a flat US$9.95 shipping line at checkout. Adding any machine to the cart removes the accessory shipping fee.
2. Regions covered
We ship to Australia, the United States, Europe, Asia and most other major markets. Coverage is grouped as follows:
Australia
Free tracked door-to-door delivery to all states and territories. Deliveries typically take 10 business days from dispatch.
United States
Free delivery to all 50 states. Typical transit is 10 business days from dispatch. Duties and taxes are prepaid where DDP is supported.
Europe
Free delivery to the European Union, United Kingdom, Ireland, Switzerland and Norway. Typical transit is 10 business days from dispatch. DDP is available for most EU and EFTA destinations.
Asia
Free delivery to Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, Taiwan, Malaysia, Thailand, South Korea, Indonesia, the Philippines, Vietnam, India, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Israel and Saudi Arabia. Transit is typically 13–18 business days.
Special handling requirements
- South Korea: a personal customs clearance code (PCCC) is required at checkout.
- Saudi Arabia: product certification may apply and customs clearance can add extra time.
- Remote or regional addresses: delivery may take longer than the standard windows shown above.
3. Delivery timeframes
All timeframes are business days, measured from dispatch from Sydney. We dispatch Monday to Friday before 2:00 PM AEST. Orders placed after the cut-off dispatch the next business day.

- United States: 10 business days
- European Union & UK: 10 business days
- Asia-Pacific: 10 business days
- Rest of world: 10 business days
Every shipment moves on an express courier service as standard. Contact admin@hydrogenmachines.com.au before ordering for a DHL Express or FedEx Priority quote.
4. Courier partners
We use a network of international couriers including DHL, FedEx, Australia Post and UPS, selecting the best option for your destination and parcel size.
- DHL Express: international express and standard door-to-door service with full tracking.
- FedEx: international priority and economy services to the United States, Europe and Asia.
- Australia Post / StarTrack: domestic Australian deliveries and selected international destinations.
- UPS: used for select North American and European routes.
A tracking link is emailed to you as soon as your machine leaves the warehouse. You can follow the shipment door-to-door through the carrier’s tracking portal.
5. Warranty shipping
Every machine is covered by our warranty. If a warranty issue is confirmed by our support team, we arrange return shipping at our cost and cover the cost of shipping the replacement or repaired unit back to you.
For change-of-mind returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping to our nominated warehouse. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot accept liability for items lost in transit on returns sent at the buyer’s expense.
