A hydrogen tablet produces a fixed burst of hydrogen gas. A bath contains 150–200 litres of water with high surface area, causing hydrogen to escape immediately. Tablets cannot saturate a bath, cannot produce nanobubbles, and cannot create the persistent effervescence seen in true hydrogen bathing.
Hydrogen Machines systems use continuous SPE/PEM electrolysis, delivering sustained hydrogen output capable of saturating a full tub.
