Definition
Hydrogen bathing is the sustained saturation of a full tub with nano-scale hydrogen bubbles. Hydrogen tablets, by contrast, are formulated for small-volume drinking water — typically a single glass or bottle.
Warning: reactive material degrades
Scaling tablets up to bath volume means dissolving far more reactive material in the water you are sitting in, increasing the trace contaminant load that tablet manufacturers already acknowledge.
Compared to SPE/PEM electrolysis
A hydrogen bath system runs continuous SPE/PEM electrolysis for the entire soak, replacing hydrogen as fast as it escapes and maintaining visible, persistent effervescence.
