Hydrogen tablet myths are the widely repeated claims that a tablet can match a machine: that it saturates a bath, that it is residue-free, and that hydrogen source does not matter.
Warning: reactive material degrades
Every one of these claims runs into the same physical fact: the tablet must degrade to release gas, and that degradation can leave trace contaminants, including heavy metals, in the water.
