Spa · Hospitality · Developers

Commercial hydrogen bathing, specified for operators.

Spa-grade hydrogen bath equipment for luxury hotels, day spas, wellness resorts, recovery retreats, private clubs and developers building branded amenity programs. HERO Bath is the chassis at the centre of the offering.

Built for the operator, not the consumer

Luxury hotels

In-suite installations and dedicated wellness floors. Specification documentation that drops into a project FF&E schedule.

Day spas

Bookable hydrogen bath rooms as a higher-margin upsell layered onto existing soak and hydrotherapy menus.

Resorts

Multi-suite, multi-villa rollouts with banked back-of-house equipment for redundancy.

Wellness retreats

Program-driven installations where bath bookings stack alongside breathwork, sauna and cold immersion.

Private clubs

Members-only amenity programs where bath equipment sits in dedicated wet rooms.

Developers

Pre-construction integration for new-build wellness floors with documented power, footprint and water requirements.

Commercial installations

A commercial hydrogen bath installation differs from a residential one in three ways: it sees more starts per day, more total run-hours per week, and a different relationship to documentation. Operators need a unit that holds output across back-to-back sessions, a service plan that does not interrupt bookings, and paperwork the venue's compliance team can file. HERO Bath is configured around all three: thermal envelope rated for high-frequency operation, video-first warranty diagnostics, and a documentation pack that includes electrical, footprint and certification details on request.

For multi-station spa floors, banked HERO Bath configurations are usually more flexible than a single oversized chassis — they allow rolling maintenance without taking the whole offering offline, and they provide a clean upgrade path if booking demand grows beyond initial capacity. We will quote either pattern, but our default recommendation for two or more rooms is a banked install.

Water management

The unit itself runs on distilled or appropriately filtered water in its dissolution reservoir — straightforward, low-volume, replenished between sessions. Bath water sanitation in commercial settings is governed by local spa and pool regulations; we recommend integrating HERO Bath installations with a documented turnover, filtration and sanitation schedule appropriate to your venue category. We do not specify chemical sanitation regimes ourselves — your venue's existing wet-area protocol applies.

Professional purchasing

Commercial orders are quoted in writing with delivery window, certification copies and warranty terms attached. Trade pricing applies from three units, with progressively keener pricing on larger rollouts. Payment terms can be staged across deposit and pre-dispatch milestones for orders above a threshold — we will agree the schedule before order confirmation. We do not accept commercial orders we cannot fulfil within the quoted window.

For developer and pre-construction integration, we provide footprint and clearance drawings, electrical specifications, mass and dimensional data, and certification copies sufficient for a project's design team to integrate HERO Bath into FF&E schedules without back-and-forth questions. If a piece of documentation you need is not yet packaged, ask — we will assemble it.

Specifications & certifications

HERO Bath is built on PEM/SPE electrolysis, with CE and RoHS certification under an ISO 9001 manufacturing system. The hardware certifications describe build and manufacturing standards — they are not a medical or therapeutic registration. Full specification sheets and certificate copies are available on request as part of a commercial quote pack.

Worldwide supply

We dispatch commercial hydrogen bath orders worldwide on tracked air or sea freight depending on volume. Customs documentation, duties and destination certifications are coordinated by us where DDP is available. Current operator installations span AU, US, UK, EU, NZ, Canada, UAE, Japan and South Korea. For procurement, the freight and customs leg is single-point — there is no third-party broker between the manufacturer and your installation site.

Frequently asked questions

Yes. HERO Bath is the spa-grade unit in the range and is specified for back-to-back operation across a working day. Dissolution time per tub is in the 10–15 minute window depending on tub volume and starting water temperature, so a typical session pattern of 45-minute bookings (15 min dissolution + 25 min soak + 5 min turnover) is comfortably inside the duty cycle.

For a single in-suite bathroom installation, HERO Bath is the default specification — guests can run a session at any time without commissioning operations staff. For multi-suite installations sharing a back-of-house mechanical space, a banked configuration of multiple HERO Bath units is more flexible than a single oversized unit and allows for redundancy during servicing.

Yes. Branded specification PDFs, certification copies, electrical and footprint drawings, and origin documentation are available on request for commercial orders. We supply enough documentation for a hotel or spa design team to integrate the equipment into project drawings without back-and-forth.

Standard delivery is door-to-door tracked freight with end-user assembly. For larger commercial orders we can coordinate local installation through partner contractors in major markets — quoted separately. Standard residential installation requires only a level surface, a wall outlet and tub access; commercial installations typically add a dedicated water-treatment loop and a documented filter-change schedule.

The unit itself only requires distilled or appropriately filtered water in the dissolution reservoir. Bath water itself can be standard mains water for residential use. For commercial installations, bath water filtration is governed by local spa and pool regulations; we recommend a documented turnover and sanitation schedule appropriate to the venue type.

Standard 24-month manufacturer warranty applies. Extended warranty is available on commercial orders by negotiation, and we operate a video-diagnostic first-response policy rather than requiring units to be returned to factory before a warranty determination is made.

Larger than a bathtub?

HERO Irrigation Hydrogen Nano-bubble System — pool-scale hydrogen generation

Where the HERO Bath Hydrogen Nano-bubble System serves a single tub, the HERO Irrigation Hydrogen Nano-bubble System delivers 20 L/min of hydrogen-rich water at 3,000–5,000 ppb for small swimming pools, spas, plunge pools and aquaculture systems, and for hydrogen-rich drip-irrigation across glasshouses, botanic gardens, vineyards, nurseries, hydroponic farms, lawns and golf courses up to 10 hectares, using the same 99.99% PEM/SPE electrolysis. $16,311, with free worldwide delivery.

Hydrogen bathing clarity

Where HERO Bath fits: baths, hot tubs, jacuzzis, spa suites, wet rooms and wellness rooms

HERO Bath is a dedicated hydrogen bathing system. Because it saturates water volume rather than connecting to a fixed fitting, the same unit serves a home bathtub, an outdoor hot tub, a jacuzzi, a spa treatment suite, a tiled wet room or a clinic wellness room — with the same operating procedure in each.

Household bathtubs

The standard case. HERO Bath sits beside the tub you already have and turns an ordinary soak into a hydrogen bathing session.

  • Works with acrylic, steel, stone and freestanding tubs
  • No plumbing, no fittings, no bathroom modification
  • Full-tub saturation in 3–5 minutes, then bathe as normal
  • Portable 14 kg benchtop unit — moves between bathrooms

Hot tubs

Outdoor hot tubs hold more water, so the same unit simply runs a longer saturation window before the session begins.

  • Nothing is cut into the shell or the pump circuit
  • Extend the saturation cycle to match the larger water volume
  • Keep the generator on a dry, level, weather-protected surface
  • Refresh saturation at the start of each sitting

Jacuzzis and jetted tubs

Jetted tubs work well for hydrogen bathing — also referred to as hydrogen immersion — provided the jets are handled in the right order.

  • Run the saturation cycle with jets off for a stable dissolved level
  • Bathe first, then use jets briefly at the end if you want them
  • Aggressive aeration off-gasses dissolved hydrogen faster
  • No interference with existing jet, heater or filtration hardware

Spa suites

In a commercial spa suite, one HERO Bath is specified per treatment bath and folds into the existing booking rhythm — no suite rebuild, no fixed plumbing tie-in.

  • One generator per treatment bath — scales suite by suite
  • Compatible with freestanding, drop-in and built-in suite tubs
  • Fits a 30–60 minute bookable treatment slot with room turnover
  • Sits on a trolley, bench or plinth; stows between bookings
  • Attendant-free once the guest is settled

Wet rooms

Wet rooms and tiled hydrotherapy areas are fully compatible: the unit stays outside the splash zone while only the diffuser hose enters the tub.

  • Generator placed on a dry, level surface clear of open drainage
  • Only the food-grade diffuser line runs into the water
  • No floor coring, no drainage change, no waterproofing breach
  • Standard GPO/outlet on an RCD-protected circuit is sufficient
  • Wipe-down housing suits high-humidity tiled environments

Wellness rooms

Clinic and studio wellness rooms use HERO Bath as a quiet, low-supervision full-body modality alongside their existing services.

  • Quiet operation suits shared-wall treatment rooms
  • Simple, repeatable operating procedure for staff
  • Distilled feedwater (TDS < 30) keeps output consistent
  • Drain and refresh on the standard room turnover round

HERO Bath is a general wellness device. Certification and engineering references describe hardware and manufacturing standards, not medical or therapeutic status.
