Support without a local depot.
There is no WA service centre, and we are not going to imply there is. What exists instead is a remote-first process built for exactly this distance.
Faults are diagnosed from photos and video of the console and the unit's behaviour — the console reports its own error states, which resolves most issues without anything shipping. Parts are couriered out. If a unit genuinely has to travel, return freight is arranged and covered by us under the 24-month warranty rather than being pushed onto the customer. Support runs on AEST, so a Perth morning call reaches us mid-morning.
Water quality, reservoirs and maintenance.
HERO Bath generates molecular hydrogen through an industrial-grade PEM electrolysis stack and dissolves it into your bath via a true nanobubble diffuser. It does not treat or soften the bath water — that stays whatever comes out of your tap.
What does care about water quality is the internal reservoir. The machine monitors dissolved solids and flags when reservoir water falls outside its operating range.
