Orders placed before the 2pm AEST cut-off go out the same business day, and the ACT shares our time zone, so support conversations happen in real time rather than across a gap.
The coldest capital, and why that is an advantage.
Canberra runs colder than any other Australian capital, with genuine sub-zero winter mornings. Two things follow from that.
The first is demand: a hot bath is a routine here, not an occasional indulgence, and a device that improves a habit you already have is a far easier proposition than one asking you to build a new one.
The second is chemistry. Gas solubility increases as water temperature falls, so cold mains water is a better starting medium for dissolved hydrogen than warm. HERO Bath generates continuously through the session via an industrial-grade PEM electrolysis stack, replenishing concentration as the bath cools rather than relying on a single up-front dose.
Frost, reservoirs and off-season storage.
The one piece of genuinely Canberra-specific advice on this page: if your bathroom is unheated and regularly approaches zero overnight, drain the internal reservoir when the machine is not in use.
This is ordinary frost practice for any appliance that holds water, not a fragility in the design. Empty reservoir, no issue. It is a one-minute habit that matters here and essentially nowhere else in the country except the alpine NSW and Victorian towns.
Who is buying across the ACT.
Deliveries concentrate across Forrest, Deakin, Yarralumla, Kingston, Braddon and Gungahlin — a mix of established inner-south houses and newer apartment stock. The apartment share is higher than in most cities, which is where the unplumbed design does its work: nothing is fixed to the building, so there is no approval process and nothing to reinstate at the end of a lease.
